世事如舟挂短蓬，  或移西岸或移東。

幾回缺月還圓月，  數陣南風又北風。

歲久人無千日好，  春深花有幾時紅。

是非入耳君須忍，  半事癡呆半作聾。

何不放下執著?

人生無常、世事變幻，時光易逝。

在生活中面對紛擾與是非，選擇「癡呆」「作聾」或「裝愚」需要極大的勇氣和自制；真正的智慧並非爭鋒相對，而是在適當的時候選擇「退」與「忍」。

Like a boat with short sails, drifting free,
It shifts to the west, or eastward may be.
The moon wanes and waxes, time and again,
South winds turn to north, in cycles that spin.
All dream of joys that never fade, yet all must fall.
In deep spring, how long do blossoms stay bright?
When gossip and judgments come to your ear,
Be half-fool, half-deaf—let patience steer.
